Exchanges
An exchange will be given within 14 days of receiving the product, and within 5 days if the product was purchased on sale.
In case you want to exchange, pack the product in the same box you received.
Contact our customer service and we will take care of the collection.
When the package reaches us, we will make sure to contact you and send you another product of your choice

Refund
Do you want to cancel the deal for any reason?
It is possible within 48 hours of receiving the product to your home, the refund will be with a 5% discount and the shipping cost.
An item purchased from Sale will not be refunded, it can be exchanged.
